Joe Francis, the creepy, kooky, all-together ooky creator of the mass hysteria that is Girls Gone Wild, has been ordered to personally pay $500,000 and fork over $2.1 million for the company because he allegedly was showing the goods of underaged girls on his tapes. That's not a surprise to me, I guess. Girls stupid enough to flash their junk to a guy that creepy are either too young and stupid, or too drunk and stupid to know any better. And, as if he couldn't get any creepier, by pleading guilty to the charges that he "failed to create and maintain age and identity documents for performers in sexually explicit films," he is in essence admitting that he is a pedophile, right? And, all the while, with that poop-eating grin on his face. Scum Bag.

On a side note... how come PeeWee Herman gets such a bad rap for whacking off in an adult theatre, but this guy gets millions of dollars a day and is a pseudo-celebrity? WTF?
